Due to their size and weight, rooftop tents if delivered to residential addresses a $90 Resi fee will apply. Delivery is available to a Mainfreight depot near you for collection, or to a commercial address with a forklift on site. Contact us for a Freight Quote - Sales@elevation.com.au

Will the Elevation One fit my roof rack?
The Elevation One mounts to most aftermarket roof rack systems with crossbars rated to carry its weight — 76kg for the tent plus 6kg roof bars (add 5.8kg if you're fitting the solar panel). Check your rack's load rating before ordering, or contact us and we'll help confirm fitment for your specific vehicle.
How does the Elevation One compare to the V4 1.3 and Super Tourer 1.4?
All three share the same build standards and canvas, but sit at different points in the range. The V4 1.3 is our slimmest and lightest at 145mm closed and 70kg. The Elevation One matches that 145mm profile but uses an X-Hinge frame for 30% more interior room, at 76kg. The Super Tourer 1.4 steps up further with a 175mm profile and 99kg build for maximum space and features. Pick based on how much room you need versus how light you want it on the roof.
What's included when I order?
Every Elevation One ships complete and ready to mount: the rooftop tent, 50mm dual foam mattress, anti-condensation mat, 3.2m telescopic ladder, mounting hardware, 12V power board with Anderson plug lead, and an instruction manual. Add the 300W Flexi solar panel at checkout if you want power on the move (note: panels don't come mounted and need Sika Flex 252 to install).

How much does shipping cost?
Rooftop tents are bulky, so a $90 residential delivery fee applies outside our local pickup area. We ship Australia-wide via Mainfreight depot pickup, or you can collect locally from our Bayswater, Vic location by arrangement. Contact us for an exact freight quote to your address.
