A: Most of our rooftop tents and awnings are designed to be universally compatible with a wide range of vehicles. However, you'll need a roof rack or crossbars with sufficient load capacity. If you're unsure, contact us with your vehicle make and model โ we're happy to help.
Q: Are your products suitable for Australian conditions?
A: Absolutely. Our tents and awnings are built tough for Australian climates โ from the humid tropics to the dry outback. Materials are UV-resistant, waterproof, and designed to withstand harsh weather.

Q: How long does it take to set up and pack down a rooftop tent?
A: Setup typically takes under 2ย minutes, and pack-down is just as quick once you're familiar with the process. Our tents are designed for ease of use โ perfect for quick getaways or extended adventures.
Q: Can I leave bedding inside the tent when it's packed away?
A: Yes! Our tents allow space to store light bedding like sleeping bags and pillows inside when closed. This saves time and space in your vehicle.
Q: How many people can sleep in a rooftop tent?
A: Our rooftop tent sleeps 2 Adults. Each product page includes size and capacity details so you can find the right fit for your needs.
๐ Awnings & Accessories
Q: Do the awnings come with mounting hardware?
A: Yes, all our awnings include standard mounting brackets and hardware compatible with most roof racks. If your setup is unique, we also stock alternative mounting options.
Q: Are the awnings waterproof and UV-resistant?
A: Definitely. Our awnings are made with heavy-duty, waterproof canvas and UV-treated for long-lasting sun protection.
๐ฆ Shipping & Returns
Q: Do you ship Australia-wide?
A: Yes, we offer shipping across Australia. For remote or regional areas, extra charges may apply โ as our items are bulky we use a specialised freight service. For this reason we do not show custom freight quotes on our website as every quote will vary. If you would like a freight quote to a custom address, please email us at sales@elevation4x4.com.au.ย
We also Freight to commercial addressโ outside of Mainfreights depots. Must have a forklift to unload. Residential addressโ will incur an added $80 fee.ย
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Delivery times vary based on your location, but most orders arrive within 3โ10 business days. We'll send you tracking info once your order is dispatched.
Q: Can I return a product if it doesnโt fit or I change my mind?
A: Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase if the item is unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense unless the product is faulty or damaged.

Q: Do you offer installation services?
As we are moving our factories, currently we do not offer installation but our expert team can guide you via phone call, email or message on installation.
Q: What if something arrives damaged or missing?
A: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll sort it out quickly with a replacement or fix.
