Yes, we offer shipping across Australia. For remote or regional areas, extra charges may apply, as our items are bulky and require a specialised freight service. Because of this, we don't show custom freight quotes on our website — every quote varies. Email us at sales@elevation4x4.com.au for a freight quote to a custom address.

We also freight to commercial addresses outside of Mainfreight's depots — a forklift is required to unload. Residential addresses incur an added $80 fee.

Delivery times vary based on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–10 business days. We'll send you tracking info once your order is dispatched.

Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase if the item is unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense unless the product is faulty or damaged.

As we are moving our factories, we don't currently offer installation, but our expert team can guide you via phone call, email, or message on installation.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll sort it out quickly with a replacement or fix.
