All awnings come with a 1-year structural warranty from the date of purchase.

Changed your mind?

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the condition you received it, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. To start a return, email sales@elevation4x4.com.au. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund or store credit
Once your return is approved and inspected, you can choose either a refund to your original payment method or store credit for the same amount.

Tent swaps
We don't offer swaps or exchanges from one tent to another unless otherwise stated.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item.

Non-returnable items
Sale items, ex-demo items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refunds
If you choose a refund, it will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Return Process

1 Contact us Email sales@elevation4x4.com.au within 30 days of purchase to start your return.

2 Get instructions We'll send you return shipping instructions.

3 Refund or store credit Once inspected, we'll refund your order or issue store credit, whichever you prefer (excluding freight).

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the return. This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
