At Elevation 4x4, we back the quality of our gear and aim to keep things fair and straightforward. Whether you're claiming a warranty or returning a product, we’ll do our best to sort it quickly and professionally.


✅ 1-Year Structural Warranty

All rooftop tents and awnings come with a 1-year structural warranty from the date of purchase.

This covers:

  • ✔️ Structural frame or weld failures
  • ✔️ Hardware or mounting defects
  • ✔️ Manufacturing issues affecting use

What’s not covered:

  • ❌ General wear and tear
  • ❌ Damage from incorrect installation or misuse
  • ❌ Cosmetic scratches, marks, or fading from use

If you think you've got a warranty issue, just send us an email with your order number and a few clear photos. We’ll assess it quickly and get back to you.


🔄 Returns & Refunds

Changed your mind? We accept returns on unused gear within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return:

  • ✔️ Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • ✔️ Return shipping is at the buyer’s cost
  • ✔️ Freight charges are non-refundable

📝 Return Process:

  1. Contact us at sales@elevation4x4.com.au
  2. We’ll provide return instructions
  3. Once inspected, we’ll refund your order (excluding freight)

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
