At Elevation 4x4, we back the quality of our gear and aim to keep things fair and straightforward. Whether you’re claiming a warranty or returning a product, we’ll do our best to sort it quickly and professionally.

✅ 1-Year Structural Warranty (Included)

All rooftop tents and awnings come with a 1-year structural warranty from the date of purchase.

This covers:

• ✔️ Structural frame or weld failures

• ✔️ Hardware or mounting defects

• ✔️ Manufacturing issues affecting use

What’s not covered:

• ❌ General wear and tear

• ❌ Damage from incorrect installation or misuse

• ❌ Cosmetic scratches, marks, or fading from use

If you think you’ve got a warranty issue, just send us an email with your order number and a few clear photos. We’ll assess it quickly and get back to you.

🛡️ Optional Extended Warranty (+$200)

Want extra peace of mind? Add an Extended Warranty for $200 at checkout to upgrade to 2 years total coverage on your rooftop tent or awning.

That gives you:

• 🔧 Extended coverage on structural and mounting faults

• 📅 2 years total from date of purchase

• 🚐 Peace of mind for the long hauls and remote adventures

If anything goes wrong within the extended period and it’s covered, we’ll sort it — no stress.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Changed your mind? We accept returns on unused gear within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return:

• ✔️ Product must be unused and in original packaging

• ✔️ Return shipping is at the buyer’s cost

• ✔️ Freight charges are non-refundable

  2. We’ll provide return instructions
  3. Once inspected, we’ll refund your order (excluding freight)


Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
