Shipping policy

All items that require freight will be sent out at a disclosed time after the order has been confirmed with the customer.

We use a third party freight service to freight our items interstate, once they have received the item from us we will contact you.

Freight times are a rough guide given to us by our freight service and once they have received these items, it is out of Elevation 4x4's hands when the items will arrive at the agreed destination.
