Elevation 4x4 was founded by tradies Jacob, Justin and Rhyder, who share a love for the outdoors and a passion for entrepreneurship. They wanted to build something of their own gear that actually solved problems instead of just copying what was already out there.

After years of camping and running rooftop tents, we noticed the same issue: most brands were selling identical products with a different logo. Nothing new, nothing exciting. So, we set out to design a tent that stood apart the slimmest and lightest on the market, still able to keep bedding inside with a 70mm mattress, fitted with internal gas struts for durability and a clean look, and built to work seamlessly with flush-mounted awnings.

But Elevation isn’t just about products—it’s about people. We love the social side of this journey just as much as the gear itself. Many of our customers have become some of our best mates, and we’re all about creating a community of like-minded people who froth the outdoors like we do. That’s why we host events, R&D weekends, and collaborations with legends like Bog Bus, the boys from Rinsed Co, and even some big-time TikTok builds that push the limits of what a rig can be. We don’t take ourselves too seriously, either marketing and building this brand should be fun, not stiff and corporate.

Above all, we’re proud to be the most transparent crew in the game. We’ve got nothing to hide, which is why we’re upfront about where our products come from and who owns the company. At the end of the day, we’re just a few blokes having a proper crack—building the gear we always wished existed, and bringing good people along for the ride.
