4. Pricing & Payments

5. Pre-Orders

Certain products may be offered as pre-orders.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge:

  • Delivery timelines are not guaranteed

Pre-order deposits may be non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only.

Elevation 4x4 is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Freight carriers

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather events

  • Supply chain disruptions

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once goods are collected or delivered.

Customers must inspect goods upon delivery and notify us of damage within 48 hours.

7. Warranty

Elevation 4x4 products include:

  • Standard 1 Year Manufacturer Warranty, unless otherwise stated.

  • Optional extended warranties where purchased.

Warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal recreational use.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Incorrect installation

  • Vehicle incompatibility

  • Misuse or modification

  • Commercial or hire use unless approved

  • General wear and tear

  • Damage caused by accidents or environmental conditions

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product selection

  • Installation incompatibility after purchase

Approved returns must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in original packaging

  • Receive prior written approval

Return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty.

9. Installation Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Vehicle roof load ratings are suitable

  • Correct installation procedures are followed

  • Mounting systems are properly secured

Elevation 4x4 accepts no liability for damage resulting from improper installation or use.

Professional installation is recommended.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elevation 4x4 shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential loss

  • Loss of travel time or enjoyment

  • Vehicle damage arising from misuse

  • Personal injury caused by improper installation or operation

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including logos, branding, product designs, images, and text are the property of Elevation 4x4 Pty Ltd.

Unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.

12. Privacy
