Awning to Tent Bracket (Australian Made)
Elevation 4x4 Awning to Tent Bracket
Purpose-built for Australian conditions, our Awning to Tent Bracket is laser-cut and fabricated right here in Australia from 5mm structural steel — giving you a rock-solid connection between your awning and rooftop tent.
Designed for overlanders who want a clean, permanent mounting solution, these brackets eliminate the need for makeshift rigging and keep your setup looking sharp at camp and on the road.
Whether you're running a hard shell or soft shell rooftop tent, these brackets provide a rigid, rattle-free link between your awning arm and tent platform, so everything moves together and stays locked down on corrugated tracks and off-road terrain.
Key Features:
- Australian made
- 5mm laser-cut structural steel construction
- Heavy-duty and built to last
- Clean, functional design
- Bolt-on fitment for easy installation
Stop using zip ties and clamps — mount it properly with brackets that are built to last.
PLEASE NOTE -
If you are mounting 180 awnings and standard 270 awnings onto an Elevation 4x4 rooftop tent we recommend 2 brackets.
If you are mounting a 270+ awning to an Elevation 4x4 rooftop tent we recommend 3 brackets and Awnings must be Tied down when opened in case of wind fray.
To mount your awning in this configuration, you'll need to remove the side latch from your rooftop tent — once the brackets are fitted, there simply isn't enough clearance to operate it. This is nothing to worry about, just something to be aware of before installation.
A couple of things to keep in mind day-to-day: always make sure the canvas is properly tucked in before closing the tent so nothing gets caught or pinched in the seal, and try not to overload the tent with bedding so it closes up cleanly — same as you would under normal use.
One hard rule: any time your awning is deployed, it must be tied down. This is mandatory when the awning is mounted directly to the side of the rooftop tent.
While these brackets are compatible with most rooftop tent models, we're unable to warranty or take responsibility for any damage that may occur to other brand rooftop tents and awnings. As always, we recommend checking fitment carefully before installation.
